The car was professionally repaired in a timely manor. Paul was great helping with the insurance claim!

Though the bodywork and paint appear to match now I will be checking as the months go by. I was disappointed in little details which seemed to show a lack of care. Three of 4 wheels received super shine. Areas of white wax within 12 inches of buffed repairs were left. The trunk was left disorganized and some items were tossed into rear seat. A dryed out chamois cloth was left in rear seat. The roof rack had been moved, then repositioned incorrectly, leaving rubberized marks on roof. Had I known rack needed to be moved I would have taken it off myself before any repair work. For some reason several radio channels had gone missing and needed to be reprogrammed. There had been a miscommunication regarding some work on right fender/ hood- which I will take responsibility for. However the work done was more expensive than a bid I had gotten several weeks before. Anne R

Excellent service! Even though the damages were more extensive than originally thought, they were able to get everything done by the day they had promised, and my car looks like new!
