Although I was satisfied with the finished product, something that should have taken a week maximum took two. I asked to be informed of the price to repair before the repairs took place and that never happened. I didn’t know how much it would cost until the car was ready to be picked up. When I asked about why it was taking so long I got a couple of different answers that included a “well you have to understand that these things take time and there are people ahead of you...” all of which I understand but one I don’t appreciate the rudeness I received when I asked what was taking so long and two, it really did take a long time! I called 4 days in a row and my car was still waiting to be looked at. I don’t think I will ever use this place again. I was overall very dissapointed.
