Our Sales Representative at Herbs, Grant (can't remember his last name) is one of the best sales reps we have ever worked with anywhere. We took our car back to Herbs this time, because of Grant and your teams service the last time. He should be the lead trainer or atleast the standard for all your sales service teams, he's excellent. My experience with Herb's has been a long one. Many years ago, I took my son's cars their (on 75 and Arapaho/Belt Line). This time I was there due to a wreck that I was in. It would seem to me that they are like family to me. Herb's paid for my rental after my insurance carrier was through due to the fact that it took so long to get parts for my Subaru. Odd thing -- When I checked my car in, I got the initial email that you would be sending me status updates, but I never got any. I picked up my car on Friday, and Saturday I got the same message again--and you don't have the car anymore. You may want to check your system. Otherwise, just like the last time, Herb's did an excellent job fixing my car. I will always recommend Herb's #3 to anyone needing auto body repair.
