After picking up my truck and having a chance to really look at the repairs, I noticed that the right rear quarter panel had also been stressed and tweaked in the accident. I also can see where the damages were and that the bumper does not line up on both sides,in other words the distance reveal where the bumper wraps around and meets the fender is different fom one side to the other.

Trusting Herb's was easy. After driving my Mazda MX-5 Miata for 6 years it had picked up numerous scratches and dings. Having been referred by Jerry Reynolds' Car Guy radio show I took the car to Herb's Richardson shop, and asked if they could do a touch up. They told me "No", that they would only do the job in the most professional manner. I had maintained the car in perfect condition. Herb's put the body back in like new condition. What I ended up with was a nearly seven year old car that was almost showroom new. So when I had a minor fender bender in the Mazda Three, Herb's Richardson shop was the only place I considered. And the work was executed perfectly as expected. Any time anyone mentions car body damage to me I immediately recommend Herb's. Herb's is exactly what the business is advertised to be. Any future body work I need will certainly be brought to Herb's.

There is no other place I would trust to take my vehicle in for any type of body work or repair. The entire staff was profexpssinal, kind, compassionate, and trustful.
