Friendly and courteous staff. Willing to work with us. No problems after State Farm approved the repair which we appreciated ver much. My wife is really excited about getting her car back. Great job Herb's!

Although the Gail repair seems to be done well and everyone was nice and courtesy etc.... However when picking up my car I noticed a 4 inch scratch with nickle sized paint chip on back right corner of my car. I notice before I drove off and went back inside to ask about it. It was wierd as the person helping seemed prepared for me to ask and stated let me show you a picture of it. I looked at picture and had date stamp the same day I dropped the car off. I realize that it's procedure to take pictures on drop off just for this reason. I just bought this car a month ago and seems wierd I didn't notice that scratch prior to dropping it off. At any rate I drove off thinking not much I can do. My wife got home and walked up to the car and noticed 1st thing. It wierd that when I went in to ask about the scratch that he said oh, that was like that when you dropped it off and we have pics. So he remembers all the scratches he takes pictures of everyday on each car? I could understands if he said let's go check the pictures,but he said oh yes I can show you pictures it's a small possibility the scratch was there and I never noticed on my new car, but seems more likely herbs accidentally scratched car the same day u dropped I dropped it off and not admitting it. I would like to talk to someone about this

The repair on the body was great. The car rental was Less than satisfactory. I was promised that they would take Care of car rental not to call my insurance company to handle it..When I dropped off the car,they told me they couldn't find a car and that I would have To come back the next morning to get a car. I feel that they should have Called and let me know so I could arrange for transportation.. Which they Didn't. The next day I was given a car that had not been fueled and Had a quarter tank of gas. No one checked with the insurance company over the rental as far as I could see to see if they would cover it. If Herbs is going to have a car rental agency connected to them they should do a reasonable job. It definitely in my experience was not an asset to your image.

Like going to the dentist, nobody wants to go to the body shop. This is my third visit to Herbs, and if I need a body shop again, it will be Herbs. The courtesy & professionalism is top notch and I completely trust the shop to fix my car completely. In short I trust Herbs and would highly recommend your company to anyone.

I thought Brin was especially polite every time she tried to call us. I guess we shouldn't leave thYou've a great team.e cell phone in one room and go to another! She was gracious and sweet. Josh was helpful and courteous also. I don't remember the tall man's name but he helped us and we weren't even his customers!
