I am not sure which vehicle this relates to so here are my comments for both: 2014 E350 was an accident repair. The work was done promptly. I was notified that additional damage was discovered during the initial stage of the repair and it would take a while longer than originally anticipated. When I arrived for pick-up the car was waiting. I looked closely to see if I could tll the difference between the old and new paint - nope. Everything looks like the car when I first drove it off the dealer's lot. I really appreciated the cleaning and vacuuming of the interior car was showroom perfect. 2000 E320 was a personal fix - the headlights were beginning to cloud over and I asked Joe if they could clean them up. The work was done much sooner that I had anticipated. Here is the difference between Carstar St Pete and other repair places. Yes the requested work was done but when I picked up the car it had also been washed and vacuumed. Attention to details like this lets me know that they are as careful with all the details of the repair work. Joe was my service rep. A more caring person would be hard to find. He fully explained everything that would be done to my cars and went over everything when I picked the cars up after the work was done. Have I recommended this shop to other people - yes. Would I do so in the future - yes. In fact when I picked up my E320 there was a man there looking for a place to do some repair work for him and I told him that Carstar did a wonderful job for me and that I doubted he could find a better place in St Petersburg. Job well done. The car looks like new again. After having the car just a few hours all is well. I appreciated the periodic updates as to how the repairs were progressing.

They were on time with my repairs and very prompt. They made sure they accommodated for everything I needed. From the drop off time to the pick up time. Everything was just so easy with CarStar.

Great people, great car repair service!

As always, honest, friendly customer service. I appreciated the daily status calls and the transparency by which my repairs were conducted. There were no secrets when I picked up the call, and of course the final product was great. Insurance took care of most of the bill they were careful to explain how my deductible worked (i.e., what I owed). Joe takes great care of his customers!

St. Petersburg Collision (as I know them from the first time) is the best. These folks are knowledgeable and are "straight shooters" - they always tell you exactly what needs to be done and then they do it. Their work is outstanding! As a no nonsense retired Army Colonel, I appreciate their candor and their work ethic. These guys can't be beat.
