This was the best service, I have left my truck to, the only thing was it took one day more then it's estimated time of repair and prices for repair was a little steep

I was told it would be ready in 6-7 days. When I did go to pick it up you failed to do 3 of the 4 things I asked you to do. This was on a Friday. I was told to give them till next Monday to fix the 3 items and they would pay for my loaner till it was ready, well today is Tuesday and I still don't have my truck. I've called several times to check on my truck, once I was hung up on, I called back and was out on hold for 10-12 mins. One other time I was told some one would call me back because they were taking a test drive. 2 hrs later my call was returned. On a scale of ****-10 on my satisfaction I would give you a 3?

A great customer experience is something that many companies claim they offer, but they really don't. If your employees do not buy into the core values, then the company name suffers. I want to personally thank Taylor for being such an amazing employee. I can see that he takes his job seriously and aims to please his customers. What a pleasant personality he has as well. Stan completely ignored and disregarded what I asked to have checked. He and the receptionist did NOT mention I could have my rental dropped off with them instead of having to drop it off and then pick up my car. my car was supposed to be ready by 4 pm Thursday, the car wise status website showed my car was not complete. Friday LATE afternoon I was notified my car was ready and had maybe 2 hours to get there & drop off the rental. When I called to let them know I would be there right at 6 the receptionist told me she couldn't guarantee they would still be there & that I NEED to be there by 6. It would have been extremely helpful to know in advance I could have left my car with them instead of standing in a 30 minute line to drop off my rental & having to rush to the collision center. this was the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have dealt with in a very long time. I am extremely disappointed and now left with an unfinished car that I now have to debate with the insurance company to have the remaining work finished.
