Valley auto body told me the repair would take approximately three days. They found hidden damage which was a cracked radiator, so they ordered the part which took many days and a mechanic repaired it. On the day I was to pick up the car, the mechanic was lowering the car from the hydraulic left, and did not realize a hand jack was beneath the car, so my car collided with that jack rupturing the oil pan. Another many days later the oil pan arrived and it took two more days until the car was ready to be picked up. When I picked up the car, I noticed that only one claim had been repaired, but there were two claims submitted. The owner said he did not receive the second claim, but my agent said both claims were sent to them. They needed to order the part for the second claim which took a week and one day after the weekend. When I called I was told the part did not come in yet, but it actually had come in that morning. Two days later now I still have not heard from them after they were to paint that part and have me bring my car in to have it installed on my car. this has been a miserable long process that's still is not over. I will never use Valley autobody again.
