Russ had me come in to assess the damage to my car minutes after my insurance company sent me to his shop. He helped me figure out that I should not be making a claim on my own insurance, but the other party should pay. He knew that he may lose my business to another body shop, but he wanted to make sure I did what was best for me! I insisted on using his shop with the other insurance company. Then, Russ's shop did the work quickly, and were very kind to me. Great experience!
