Herb's always gets the job done. I've had two accidents in the last year (not at fault) and went to Herb's for both, and they did such a great job. My car looked brand new both times. I recently got my car back for this second accident and WOW it was so clean. They washed my car, waxed it, vaccumed, the body looked brand new (which technically it was because it was new parts) but what really made me feel incredible is they organized my junk in my trunk, and vaccumed the trunk. Now THAT was above and beyond and I appreciate that. Recommending Herb's for life. .

The body work was great, but the tow hitch extension that was on the car when it was brought in is missing. Also your text messsging needs work. I got a txt yesterday to confirm that I had picked up the car yesterday. When I actually picked it up on Friday. Then on Wed., I received a txt saying that the car might be ready on Wed., but for sure on Thursday. However it wasn’t done till Friday. Not unhappy but it would probably be good for business if you all tightened up on your messaging.
