All the staff in the collision ceter are courteous and strove to look for ways to keep my repair cost reasonable. Since I took my car to two places for cost estimates, I think you should know that Ourisman's estimate was the best and covered all the things that needed attention. I waited for a long time for the part to arrive. When the part finally arrived, I scheduled an appointment (had to wait another week). I brought my car early in the morning (8:00). Missed work. I was informed in that morning that part was missing a component (another part). Who is checking?

I was told my car was ready to be picked up. On my drive home I found out the AC was blowing hot air, it was not doing this before car was brought in for repairs. I brought car back and was told they determined the problem. I have to bring it back on Monday to complete the repairs. It's frustrating that I was told car is ready when it was not.
