The repair was completed ahead of schedule. When I picked up the car the service rep walked around the vehicle showing me exactly what’s was done. Also, I appreciated the level of communication/updates while the car was in the shop. Lastly, the car was very clean when I got it.

Hi. The repair went well; however, two of the buckles in the backseat were stuck in the belt buckle pocket and we had a hard time pulling them out. It got to the point that I was going to return to the shop to have them pull them out, but, like I said, we were eventually able to get them out. In the future, I'd suggest that when someone has to do work that involves the backseat s/he makes sure all back seatbelt buckles are accessible so that the seatbelts can be buckled.
