My car was not fixed and I had to leave it on Friday and get back into a rental vehicle because the convertible top, that was working when I brought it in, could be fixed, because now it doesn't work. The troubling part is that it was "delivered" to me as though everything was fine.
I know that as a part of the inspection process before delivery, someone should have made sure everything in/on the vehicle was working. I sincerely hope that someone did not think I might not notice? I am VERY disappointed in the service to this point and hope to have this situation rectified quickly. -Montgomery County Councilmember Craig R

The truck doesn't drive as smooth as it did before the accident. I think there must still be some alignment or some kind of issues. Also while I appreciate the effort in washing and shining up the truck the tech applied so much shiny crap on the wheels that the brake rotors were slippery as **** and I had to put the peddle nearly to the floor to stop. Super dangerous and insane that that was not caught. It's wearing off and I'm not a retard so I was able to compensate but that needs to be caught on your part. I am no professional and I was able to diagnose the brake issue and cause after 2 minutes of driving and looking at it.
