Staff was sensitive and very pleasant. Went out of their way to answer all my questions and never once made me feel stupid of "less than" for any questions I asked. They were also appreciative of the many years I've had them as the insurer for my car.

When I arrived to pick up my Passat, I found a lump of either metal or paint at the site of the damage, and I found three scratches in the paint at the damage site that had not been repaired. I left my car at the collision center so the repairs would be finished on Monday. I was very unhappy that your repair specialist missed all that.

I notice that the color isn't a perfect 100% match, but that's likely because it's a 15 year old car. The Ourisman Team nonetheless were very thoughtful in how they delineated the two colors so that it complements the overall look, rather than detracts. Nicely done!
