They were very courteous; car was washed which was unexpected; service guys were quick at fixing one thing I found wrong. This was my 3rd time to this facility and they have done a pretty good job each time. Only one thing, the last time I had my car in for repairs, the technician could have neatly placed items back in cubby hole after he was done with the repairs. I recommend that when working on a customer's car, to put things back the way they were.

The customer reps and my assigned adjustor Renee were great, however, the car is not driving properly. Wheel can't completely turn in area of repair. I will have to bring the car back for further work.
