My car was repaired days ahead of schedule and the logistics for the rental car from Enterprise were wonderful, as the they are right next door to the Geico office. Plus, the certificate of guarantee provides peace of mind, as my car is leased. Good job!

I wish I was kept in the loop more, but I was covered with the rental so it didn't make me anxious having to call & check up myself. The text messages were very, very vague - almost unnecessary. Perhaps consider sending more detailed info in the text updates. Otherwise, I had a great (given the situation) experience from beginning to end. The seamless partnership with Enterprise & GEICO makes a WORLD of difference for us consumers, in terms of the entire process. The service I received across the board was more than satisfactory, and if I ever need a repair I'll definitely be coming back to Ourisman Collision (but let's hope that's never!).
