Took a week longer than they originally planned. Each day it was suppose to be ready they rang to say it wasn't ready and they'd call me back. I know the paint shop had problems at the end but at first the delay was trying to obtain parts. .because they were trying to obtain used parts rather than ordering new ones which would be delivered the next day.

Thank you for fixing the car back to how it was prior to the accident. The periodic update of the status of repair is also very helpful. One small issue that I found was that the car seat was dirtied by the oil. I suppose it could be prevented by putting some sort of plastic on the seat cover?
