Lots of miscommunication from the start. Initially, when vehicle was dropped off the auto repair place didn’t explain completely that when contract was signed which said authorized them to start repairs, i’d asked to be notified after estimate was completed before any repair work was to be done. My local insurance agent confirmed that i alone authorized the repairs to move forward. It took several days for a complete estimate to be done after they’d already disassembled the back end of my jeep. At that point, I had no option but to move forward with repairs or pay the body shop for reassembly of the rear end. It was a real mess and the customer service offered was less than stellar. The hit and run accident occurred 8/12/18 and I finally was able to pick up my jeep today 8/31/18. My brother was an owner/operator of an auto body shop in another state for 30 years. If he would have ever performed customer service like I received he would not have been able to remain in business.
