Cord was very good at keeping me informed. When I had to return because of a problem, Cord was considerate of my time and willing to assist where necessary and dealt with the rental car and insurance.

First time I tried to pick up the car, only half the work was done. Entire door wasn't buffed of painted, still had several large scratches in it. None of the parts that were supposed to be replaced had been. All the parts were on my invoice, but nothing had been replaced. Even when I pointed this out, I was still told that the damage to the headlight would "buff out, but if not, then we'll replace it". The work was poor at best, and the service was unprofessional.
