You do great work! The only suggestion I have is to note last minute requests and act on them. This time estimator said he'd see if pointless dent repair could fix door ding and call with price, but that was forgotten. Last time it was a paint scrape on front fender--pint guy fixed it while I wanted when I picked up. Small matters--overall very pleased.
