Overall, Chapman did an excellent job on the repair of my son's car and did an excellent job on the detail! Chapman really worked to accommodate my late request for a detail on my son's car. One item that got missed because of the rush to meet my late request was the "buff and polish scratches all over vehicle" that was included in the repair cost. The Manager is aware of this concern has told my son to return the car for buff and polish of scratches in about a week.
Thank you Chapman for some great repair work.

After I got home and looked the car over again, this time without the setting sun in my eyes lol I noticed all of the labels; Fusion TitaniumEcoBoost were all missing from my trunk. The wash & detail was shabby too, there is car wax on my windows and mirrors and there is swirling in my paint. I have always hand washed my car because of the beautiful color and because car washes leave scratches. I'm thinking you put my car through a car wash or something because now my paint is now swirling. I love my car and the repairs look great (I'm calling today regarding the missing trunk labels) but I'm upset that now my hood and doors have paint swirls because of the lack of care taken when it was washed and waxed.
