There was 3x the estimated amount of time expected to do the repair. Little to no communication. However, everything was done to make the repair end up being what I would expect from a top notch job...the car was a five star job. Thanks guys!

Everybody at the facility was nice. They greeted me when I first came into the facility. The whole process of them giving me a estimate and the time frame it would take before my car would be done and ready was great, and they made me feel comfortable through the whole transaction.

Yes car looks great again good job. But you must get better on estimating time. Also pick up times at 5 or early makes it tough to pick up. I had to get someone to realize me at work. My wife had to leave work early we had to do that two days in a row do to delays in your estimate time. But quality is great
