From start to finish it was a great experience. The crew at the Wreck Room Took care of us right away when we arrived there. Wess did a thorough examination of our vehicle. I couldn’t have asked for better service than what I received from Don. From the initial phone call, he walked me through every step. He explained all of the work that needed to be done, provided me a written list of the parts and repairs. He got my van in very quickly, kept me updated daily, via text of the progress and completed the job earlier than expected.
The hood & front bumper were replaced & painted. The paint was matched perfectly, you cannot see any difference in color at all. The finish is smooth and like a mirror. The entire interior of the van was detailed as well.
The Wreck Room worked with State Farm on this claim and I didn’t need to be concerned about any of the details. Being involved in an accident was traumatic enough, Don & State Farm relieved me of all the pressure involved in getting my vehicle back on the road.
I can’t thank you enough Don!
