Loved the text reminders and the customer service was great. There was white residue on bumber after repair - I’m assuming it was from being waxed. Would have appreciated a cleaner assembly, but I am satisfied with my experience over all.

The solution used inside the car to clean it is so strong that I have to keep the windows open at all times to be able to be in my car. I’ve never experienced such a thing before. I will need to go over the whole inside today and clean it with soap and water to remove the smell. I was able to park my car indoors last night and kept all the windows open in hopes that will help. The car looks great on the inside and out. Unfortunately, this issue drive me crazy all day yesterday driving in the cold with the windows down.
