I'll admit, taking a BMW to someone who wasn't a dealer was a little scary. But after seeing the amazing work done to my vehicle after someone else hit it, I will not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone needing work done. I was kept updated throughout the entire process, and the in person customer service was amazing! Thank you for getting my baby back to me!

I had asked for a quote on the passenger side door that I would pay for personally as it looks as if it's starting to rust and want to prevent further damage.
I never received the quote. I was initially told the amount to be billed to Farmers for the accident repair in the opposite side would be around 500 for the small dent. When I picked up my vehicle it was almost 1100. I definitely won't be getting repairs done at this facility in the future.

The repairs were satisfactory. At the time we brought in our car, Matt looked at it with us and we asked him if you guys would replace the right rear taillight bulb. He said that he would take care of it. When we picked up the car the bulb had not been replaced. He told us that he would followup on it and get one ordered and call us and let us know when it would be in. Today he called me and said thst the bulb has been ordered and would be in Monday or Tuesday. He also told me that me that he would waive the labor cost but I would have to pay 78. for the bulb. From the time we dropped off the car and even when we picked up the car, Matt never said anything about us paying for the light bulb so both my wife and I both thought that you guys were going to pop the bulb in and be done. I'm sorry for all of the confusion. Matt was treated us well but this did' get done after our car was there for 3-4 days.

The repair to the bumper that was fixed by your body shop looks amazing and I do appreciate everyone's hard work. After I left the body shop I noticed several chips on the front windshield. It looks like someone drove my vehicle behind a large truck or something. I don't know if anyone there did a test drive after the new bumper was put on but I definitely know the marks on the windshield were not previously. I did leave a message about this the other day from a text message that I recieved from the bodyshop.

The repair was good and done fast, I just didn't get any communication. When I dropped the car off I asked how long I could expect them to have it. They wouldn't give me even an estimate. They said they wouldn't know until they took off the bumper. I asked them to call me when they did know and they said they would. My rental car only had ****/4 tank of gas when I picked it up. When I hadn't heard from the body shop I assumed they would have my car at least over the weekend, so when i put gas in the rental I filled the tank. Then they called to say the car was ready. I lost 20 worth of gas money to the rental agency because I didn't get any communication from Ken Garff. I picked up my car and had to fill the tank in it as well, so 50.00 in gas money in a 24 hour period didn't make me very happy, especially right before Christmas when every penny counts. Other than that, the repairs seem to be great. The bumper looks really nice and the car was very clean when I picked it up. Everyone was friendly, just didn't keep me up to date on the progress.
