Picked up my car today and is already overheating the alignment is completely off and is leaking fluid. I looked around under the hood and everything is taped with electrical tape and poorly done. There was supposed to be mesh. Now I have to take to a different body shop to fix all the repair that should off been fix. When my wife picked up the car instead of explaining to her, what has been done. She was giving and envelope and told her everything is there. They even gave her the someone else receipt. Need to work on customer service too. We were told that someone( jessie) supposed to be calling us with a status of our car. Nobody called us I had to call Jessie 2 or 3 times to get updates because, he said he'll call me but never did. I know I'm one of many but please don't do what your repair shop did to me.

Your receptionist was always cordial and helpful on getting me through to Jesse to ask questions, in person and on the phone. Jesse was great! He answered all of my questions and explained things well. He kept me informed about my car, even if I was the one calling to check on it. Usually he told me I was on his call list for that day. The body work looks wonderful! You can never tell that the front drivers side had been smashed. Also,the other little dents and scrapes that were fixed & painted, along with all four peeling door handles look great. The car almost looks new again and it is a 2008. Thanks for job very well done!
