Everything went very smoothly. Farmers insurance and National collision took care of the rental car and all other details. We couldn’t be happier!

We were completely satisfied with the repairs. There was however a chip in the trim paint on the driver's door that was not there when the auto was dropped off for repair.
To National's credit they acknowledged the damage, ordered new trim at no cost to us, and installed the replacement trim on 12/26/18.

Elec system not reconnected correctly, as a result my home link stopped working. Bumper touch-up promised but not done. Same with rear fender ding.
