The team at National Auto Collision Center was exceptional! Tim went above and beyond in explaining the necessary repairs and personally kept me updated throughout the process. His professionalism was greatly appreciated! The work on our vehicle was completed in a timely manner and the lifetime warranty on the repairs is another example of the great customer service National provides. The repair was great, the decal on the side needs to be redone in part, so the lettering is not on the window. I discussed it with the service rep as he had taken a picture before the work was started. Just the lettering needs to be changed as the red shield looks great.
