Everything went great except that some damage occurred on the vehicles interior during the repair. it’s been over two weeks since I got my vehicle back and That damage has not been repaired despite several times that I’ve contacted your people about getting it fixed.

You allowed the insurance company to take the vehicle when I was in the day before and we made a deal to remove the tires before they took the car. Not only did you allow them to take the car but you also allowed them to take the 4 summer tires I bought specifically to replace the winter tires that were currently on the vehicle. So I was out the value of the winter tires AND the summer tires I purchased. All you could say when you told me what happened was, “sorry but you did tell the office staff they could take the vehicle a day before”...yes, but the day after we made a deal to have them NOT take the vehicle. Kaylas ineffective communication with her office staff cost me over $****,000 and she would do nothing to fix it other than making excuses. I am exceptionally dissatisfied and the only thing that could possibly fix this is a check for $1000 which is the value of the 8 tires you took from me that I could not recover.

The repair was great but several controls were not working. Once I started my car multiple alerts went off including: parking brake failure, front headlamp positioning and air bag alert. I would have expected someone to check these before delivering my car. Now I have to go back and wait for it. Not cool.
