The only thing I can suggest is that before you return a vehicle to its owner, the car is complete. I had to return a couple of time to get work finished which cost me my wages for time missed from work. I know the insurance company pushes to complete but when you don’t have all the parts you should not return the vehicle. You guys did good work and Angelica was a pleasure to work with.

A retaining clip was apparantly broken before our accident so the bumper and fender do not line up correctly. I was told insurance would not cover it, but I'm sure the clip couldn't cost much and it would have been nice to get a call asking if I wanted to pay for a new one separately since it was apart in the first place. Now if I want to replace it I will be stuck paying for a bunch of unnecessary labor
