They are FANTASTIC! I have used them in the past and I have always been happy with their customer service! They always keep you updated on your cars progress. They are always friendly when you call or walk in. I highly recommend them to anyone, no matter how small the job! They really know their cars! You always feel welcome and part of the family there! The body shop tried to pass off work that was unprofessional,orange peal in paint, ant dirt specs as well. the shop ordered wrong parts twice, the car is still not done even though I have paid and signed paperwork. Also there is no comunication from your establishment. I had to call and track down the status on my vehicle. I have used body by Scotty a few times usually a delight to work with. If this had been my first experience I would not have returned.
