Minor body work took twice as long as stated. Communication was one way - I had to call to get updates even when the shop knew a delay had occurred. I praised the shop in the old location, but something has seriously changed (personnel?, process?, still moving in?) and I hope you can get it back. When I picked up the car, another customer was complaining since the shop delivered his vehicle with a dead battery. The shop foreman explained this away as the customer's fault. Just a bad, bad look for the shop, especially with another customer hearing it. My vehicle was parked as far away in the lot as can be with the driver's seat completely reclined, obviously someone was using it for some rest. Foreman told me that it was because it was vacuumed, as if they would run a vacuum way out to the back of the lot. You wouldn't drive the car with the seat in that position. Bottom line, the foreman seems to immediately turn any issue back on the customer. Overall, the body work was done well. I did have to work on getting the sliding door to function again after delivery. Timeliness and communication are the areas that require intense improvement. I am probably going to look into what Suburban can offer next time.
