You all are definitely customer focused and more than excellent with your process. Jeff was great and Nathan was also really nice. The repairs show quality and attention to detail as well. Having the rental car there was also a big convenience and helped with the overall experience. You all could teach others how to better their businesses. Great Job!

Very smooth process, actually finished ahead of schedule

Everyone who had an encounter with was very nice. There was one issue I had concerning the 500.00 deduable, but u all got the issue straighten out, where I did not have to pay anything. Thank you all so much. I will tell my friends about my experience.

I have "knocking" sound on the front right side. Not sure what it is but it wasn't there before.

The guys at the shop were honestly amazing. They went above and beyond and completely exceeded my expectations. I thought there was an issue with the repair work that was done to my car so I called Jeff, my adjuster, and expressed my concern. Without hesitation he made time in his schedule for me to bring my car in. Jeff pulled the history on my car and I was absolutely astounded to hear my car had been in an accident prior that was the root cause of the issue I was having. The entire shop came together to address an issue, I assumed they caused, without second thought and I cannot be more taken aback. The dedication and kindness they showed me is unlike any customer service I’ve experienced. To each person who took the time to fix the front fender on my car, THANK YOU. A million apologies to all of you for ever doubting you and questioning your hard work. You all are amazing. Aside from the outstanding service I received from the guys in shop, I have to commend Jeff for everything he had to deal with regarding my claim. I had the WORST experience imaginable with Enterprise and when I expressed to Jeff the things I had been dealing with he assured me he’d take care of it. From that point forward Jeff took complete control of the situation and made it right. I appreciate each person who helped me through this **** more than I can express. **THANK YOU ALL** I seriously cannot say it enough. There were some repairs that needed to be done prior to me taking my car home. Fortunately they were very understanding and you immediately understood and agreed to fix the issues! I look forward to getting my truck back soon! Thank you!

The only negative comment was that I received texts when car would b ready. I know it’s not an exact science. But the day it said it would b ready and it wasn’t. It’d been nice to have received a text telling me that so I wouldn’t plan my day around something that wasn’t going to happen. Receiving a text the day after telling me car wouldn’t b ready on that day was a tad senseless. Car looked wonderful like brand new. I hadn’t expected inside to b cleaned! People who worked there were very nice. And helpful

I was supposed to have a cup holder repaired and it didn’t get done. They also took two weeks to paint two bumpers and replace a backup light. Then ordered a muffler from Germany that can be purchased in the United States because it’s an aftermarket muffler and want me to bring my vehicle back once it arrives which has been 3 wks total since the car was originally brought in. I had to pick up my car that wasn’t finished and they want me to bring it back for repair once muffler arrives which greatly inconveniences me yet another full day. I should have went to my personal shop and not used one that geico controls.
