I was so impressed by the service at Advanced Collision on Jersey Pike in Chattanooga, TN. Everyone was so pleasant and easy to work with. From fixing my car in two days (and keeping me updated through texts) to having the Geico and Enterprise people waiting on me with everything when I got there, Advanced Collision made this such an easy process for me. When I picked up my car today, they had it washed and vacuumed for me. They definitely went way beyond my expectations. Thanks for your hard work!

Everything was superb, with the exception of the constant text status updates, which changed daily. Just one text stating that the work has been completed would suffice. I received several texts with corrected completion dates which was somewhat irritating. Personnel was friendly and professional.

I just had a bad experience getting to you as all I could find in the phone book was on gun barrel . I did not have a phone number either. Geico should have directed me better- as you were their preferred facility. Once I got there and found some one to talk to it was all good.
