The whole process starting with my initial visit was well planned. My rental car and agent was there waiting on me when I arrived. The repair was made in two business days and I basically swapped out the rental for my unit once my unit was ready. They did a nice job plus my truck was very clean when I picked it up. I have been very pleased with the service at advanced collision on jersey pike. They had trouble getting the right bumper from Nissan as they had been packed wrong from the factory. They went above and beyond to pull the bumper out to make it look as good as possible for me until they could get the part in so they could fix it. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Great bunch.
