I was impressed that Jamie remembered me when I came to pick up my car after meeting me a week earlier when I dropped it off. She probably interacts with many dozens of customers in the course of a week, and the fact that she recognized me and remembered my name is a terrific way to make me feel like my business is important to your company. And of course Robert was so efficient, knowledgeable and courteous that I felt very sure he would give and did give my car all the attention I could want. I also liked your texts and other messages keeping me fully informed of the progress of the work. On a scale of 10 each member of the team gets a 15! Thanks so much!

Jeff was great to work with and always kept me informed on the status of my car. Front desk staff was also very pleasant and accommodating. Customer service was great.

I was originally told my car would be ready on Wednesday but it wasn't ready until Friday. When I got off work on Friday I rushed to go pick it up. I called at 5:45 and said I was on my way and would be there in 10 minutes. Jamel answered the phone and was rude. Knowing that you close at 6, I said I was trying my best to get there ASAP and she replied that the front gate would be closing in 5 minutes, implying I shouldn't come if it is after 5:50. When I got there at 5:53 she was even more rude in person. After tossing my keys on the table she said "your car is out there somewhere." When I asked "where?" she replied "out there somewhere." I asked her "really? out there somewhere?" and she replied "yep." I have never experienced such rude customer service in all of my experience with any retail transaction. I will not be returning to this shop in the future.
