Communication was horrible. Vehicle was filthy inside with dirty footprints all over the back area.

They told me it was finished and it wasn’t. I waited a long time to find out what the problem was and after waiting for upwards of two hours I found out that the rim that was supposed to be put on wasn’t there and they didn’t have it. They had to order it. They called me a few days later and said it was in and it would take about 30 to 40 minutes to install it. Again I waited for about two hours and I wasn’t finding out anything what the problem was. I am very satisfied with the repair job but I am not happy that I spent almost 4 hours waiting. I would have had my wife pick me up if I would have known it was going to take so long.
