I was kept notified via email and phone calls during the whole time they had my car. Twice there was additional parts that needed to be ordered but they let me know right away, it helps when your secretly hoping to get your car back the next day! There was a weird rubbing sound and I didn’t know why and had my uncle drive my car & of course he didn’t hear it at 50 down Karcher road but on the interstate between 70-80 I heard something yesterday, I don’t know if it’s normal but a couple days ago a hub cap fell off and I called Abra to order a new one, I told John I didn’t know if it was normal or not and he will check it out with the mechanic when the hubcap comes in. Thank you!!!
