I will NEVER take my Audi ANYWHERE else in town! The team at Abra were BY FAR the most PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXPERIENCED, and all around SWEETEST team I have ever worked with!!!! They were understanding of my needs, attentive, patiently answered EVERY QUESTION with honesty and integrity!!!!! Daily updates, phone calls and check ins. I knew my baby was in MORE THAN COMPETENT hands. The atmosphere was so comforting, which is EXACLTY what I needed considering I was rear-end in a vehicle I had just purchased 3 hours prior, and FYI, this was 2 DAYS BEFORE THANKSGIVING and I was hosting in my home! I was a wreck when I walked in the door. The team at Abra walked me though EACH STEP, with patience and grace, and by the end we were all laughing together like old friends..... you can’t TEACH customer service like that.... that is something people are born with! They even took time out of their CRAZY schedule to drive me over to pick up my rental!! UNBELIEVABLY IMPRESSED!!!! I will suggest ABRA to ANYONE I come in contact with looking for auto repair.
