I absolutely love that David called me to update me on my vehicles status regularly. It took the unknown off my mind and left one less thing for me to worry about. Thank you!! I appreciate so much that he put effort into finding me a grill that was nice and more appealing than the one replaced in 2017 by Abra. However, when I bought my Chrysler 300 I loved that it looked so different than any of the thousands out there around town. The grill selected to be put on my car makes it look just like all the others. I would have liked to have a say so in the grill selection process. I will bring this up with my adjuster to see what can be done to get it replaced. This is not a bad thing, only something I am personally picky about.
