I received notice that my car was ready. I work 28 miles away, so I called to ensure that my car would truly be ready when I got there. I was assured it would be. It was not ready at all. They had broken a part and needed to keep it for two more days. They did deliver my car when it was ready, and picked up the rental. That was nice but don't just guess and mislead customers. Go find out for sure. Thank you.

I have had the unfortunate experience of having 2 car repairs this year. The one earlier this year was handled professionally, promptly, ahead of schedule, and with ample communication. This one was 4-days past promised, I had difficulty scheduling, and communication was virtually non-existent. I was notified my car was ready 15-minutes before it was, and ****.5 hours before closing - some notice would have been nice. I had no hesitation recommending you based on my earlier experience. Based on this experience I would NOT recommend. I'm still not happy with the way the paint turned out earlier, and "Orange peel is common on fenders," is not really an answer...

Besides the repair taking longer then it should, the estimate to worked with was the best part of my experience. She was super friendly and informative. The parking lot was always full which was annoying. And the office needs some serious updating. But again, the estimater made all the difference to me!
