It was a good repair, and I can’t expect perfect. I did notice a bit of orange peel vs. the factory paint. It’s a 8 year old rig and I certainly treated as such. I did like the service, attention, communication and customer service Abra provided. Bob was great to work with.

I made my appointment to weeks in advance which was great. They already had done the estimate, and knew what parts to have ordered and ready to go. The work went quickly, renting the car was easy, and my representative, Dan, was really helpful, personable, and I enjoyed the entire interaction. Overall, wonderful. Have been here several times in last year. Picked up vehicle today for my daughter. I guess my daughter had not refilled the gas before the damage, and it had to get towed after the damage to Abra in Lake Oswego. When I went to drive it home the gas gauge was under the “empty” mark, making me worry that I was not going to make it to the gas station before running out of gas. It would have been nice to be notified when that was noticed, perhaps call me and ask if I would like gas put in (which I would reimburse, of course) before I picked it up. Overall, Lake Oswego Abra has been great for our repairs. Hats off to “Kevin”, who we have dealt with every visit.
