They got behind a little bit on their initial estimate on how long it would take. I wasn't pressed to have the vehicle back, so it was alright by me. It took a little bit longer to source a replacement set of running boards, and were working diligently to get them wired up properly, making a custom wire harness. They put in the grand effort to make my truck look so excellent. I am so pleased. I haven't used any auto body shops since I moved into the area. My experience with Abra has cemented loyalty for me. They are great!

They were able to begin right away w repairs. Repairs were done very timely and looked better than when I bought it. They did not have to replace the back bumper which adds to the value as it is a collectable car. Kyle was friendly and very professional. The Texts to update on the repairs were helpful. The car was available when stated. Also, some touch up paint done on door I didn't expect. ???? AND, the car was immaculately washed when I picked it up. ABRA hit it out of the **** park. My VW bug is my baby and was well cared for. Bless you all!

The repair done is excellent. What dismays me is a significant bump up from the original estimate to the final bill. While there was no increase to me (my deductible is fixed) I’m concern about the ethics of what appears to be significantly raising the cost to the insurer (and ultimately to us the consumer). The minor damage was a very low speed backing up with an undetected open rear door hitting an adjacent vehicle in a parking garage... the scope of repair would seem to be well understood... was there an unforeseen complication? Why the big cost increase from estimate to final bill?
