Everyone at Abra was very nice from the moment we walked in the door but we had quite a few glitches and spent an hour waiting for someone to help us. And with a 16 month old in tow it was a bit of a chalenge. The rental car was a big fiasco and although we have our Xterra back at home we are still waiting for a cracked grill to be replaced. So the work on our vehicle is still not finished.
