When I picked ABRA to do my body work on my 4 Runner it was because I have had good experiences in the past with the shops that were here before ABRA took over. I am pleased with the appearance of my car. I talked to Eric about a concern and felt that the insurance company’s wishes are more important than mine.
If I would have listened to my insurance company they recommended another company than yours. I am the one who chose ABRA and my wishes were not considered or acknowledged. That was a disappointment. I will be more inclined to go to the Lake Oswego location if I should need your services again, which I hope doesn’t happen. The interaction with office staff was wonderful!
