I really appreciate how painless it was to do business with Abra. I was kept well-informed about the status of the repair as well as being told exactly what the work would consist of. Cody, the customer service manager, couldn't have been nicer. So were all the folks in the office. I especially appreciate being provided transportation from and back to the shop and would like to offer special kudos to Dee, the young man who transported me. He was so nice and fun to talk to. Abra is lucky to have him... and all the others! Oh, and the work excellent! My car looks great!

Forget to adding our car - 2004 Toyota Matrix XRS's REAR bumper was little bend down not much to send to ABRA Auto Body & Glass to estimating pretty reasonable price lists for other party who hit my car's rear plus for me for adding 5 molding trims on all Doors & Rear Hatchback door plus polish our car's headlights were fate dull plastic of headlights and body of car, too. We surprise our car got too clean look like "NEW" car which we purchased it last 2005; had not been accident before until this present time was happened this month of January 2018! When our car has finished to repair at body shop, I inspected all of our body of car " FIRST CLASS " and found 2 - MISSED molding trims on rear doors to notify Customer Service Manager that He got workers to put extra 2 - molding trims on rear doors right away for me. I thought I will pay for 2 - extra molding trims cost adding but He said No. We surprise They are really too nice care to help fix to be done that give us satisfy preciously. "Amaze" that give you BEST "A"!

Branden and Vitaliy were between way awesome and stellar. Very top shelf. The only downfall was the pick up driver. I live 10-12 minutes awar . Branden said the driver left around 10 and 15 minutes after 3pm. No driver until 4 pm. At 3 pm Branden said the driver would leave in about 10 minutes. I immediately went outside the house ( it is wet and a bit cold here in Oregon. Twice called Branden to ask about the whereabouts of the driver. Branden did not know - unable to reach him. I asked the driver why so long? He said he just followed Mapquest, then said traffic (there was none!) then said his phone was out of minutes. ABRA does not need an employee that lies, cheats, and steals! Apart from that Branden gets extremely high marks as does Vitaliy. The body repair way exceeded my expectations!!! A plus? Will be glad to return and recommend.
