I was very impressed with the entire process. Did not quite know what to expect dealing with an auto body shop, and was very impressed. Communication throughout the process was solid, I never had to call for an update or find out where in the process was my truck. The work was done great, I can't see the damage anymore, and it actually looks better than it did before. An accident happened while it was being detailed and some of my window tint was scratched up. They pointed it out to me before I even noticed and gave me a gift card to replace my tint. Solid business, customer service, Karim was very professional and great to work with. I would and will highly recommend Abra
