The body work was great, however the next time I turned my truck off I had to jump it off to get it started. When I brought it in there was no indication of faulty battery or generator. Frustrating that I have too deal with this when I need to be getting to work.

They were a little rushed each time I came in. Asked me to rush in a special lug key but we’re not going to use it until the morning. Very inconvienient. Then when I was picking up car they wanted me to get to their shop first to sign paperwork and pay before they closed. Luckily the rental car company brought my wife to their shop saving me another trip. Likely try another USAA approved facility before I go back to them.
