The guys at the Battlefield Parkway location went above and beyond my expectations. They truly were great. I had tried to make an appointment at the Gunbarrell Rd location first and as soon as I arrived there, I felt completely unwelcomed. The man behind the desk there was very rude and very short with me. After he stapled his card to my estimated, I looked and saw that the card said he was the general manager. As a manager of a retail establishment myself, I just couldn't believe he could treat someone as he did. As soon as I called the Battlefield Parkway location they were nothing but nice to me and I will always use them from now on for any future car issues.
