Loved that it was so quickly repaired and it looks good However one small detail a dash board warning light ? A bulb out following the accident still on but I did not notice that till I got home I did text to let them know we will bring it in next week to be checked and corrected

The staff was very friendly and nice. It is very seldom when a person walks into a business and everyone is courteous and helpful. Gabrrel A was awesome!!! I just moved to the Houston area. He heard me having a conversation with the Geico agent that I wasn't sure how I would find my way back home and he did went out of his way to help outside of his job!

The bumper looks great they even washed and vacuum my vehicle. The team kept me updated on the progress and calmed my anxiety regarding my "baby" Thank you very much again Brad even had them check my driver side back door problem I will be coming back

There is a grease strain from the mechanic on the fabric roof and plastic inside my truck. Was told that the truck would be cleaned inside and out and they didn't. Doesn't even seem like they used any wax.

Travis and the crew in the office were great and kind I'm happy with the work done to my baby and the service was great..keep it up yall

As far as the repairs are concerned, Westside did an excellent job with the repairs. The only thing that was not fixed/replaced was the broken license plate frame, but I will contact Farmers about getting some type of allowance to get that replaced. The only negative I experienced was the wait time when I first arrived to Westside. All i needed to do was drop my car keys off and pick up the rental from Enterprise (which I had a reservation for that was made the day before). This should have taken 15 minutes at the most. Instead, I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for the Enterprise rep to make his way over to the front desk do he could get my rental car. After asking the receptionist twice to page someone to help me, the rep finally arrived. After taking a few minutes to find my reservation, he informed me that the only vehicle he had available was a Dodge Ram 2500 Heavy Duty truck (with a Hemi engine). Since I had be waiting almost 45 minutes by this time and I was late for a work meeting, I had no choice but to take the truck, even though I did not want a vehicle that large or a vehicle that consumed that much gas. I did not drive that much for the 48 hours I had the truck, and I ended up spending 45.00 on gas just to make it to work and back. I don't I would have spend anywhere close to that if I been given an intermediate or midsized vehicle. Again, if I had a reservation for a rental, I should at least have a choice on what vehicle to take and not be forced into taking a truck.
